I watched 39 movies last year. If you only watch one movie from this list, make it Heat (1994).

The rating system is:

• bad - I actively disliked this movie.
• ok - Not remarkable, but not offensive.
• good - I have a distinct positive feeling about this movie.
• amazing - This movie was some type of incredible and expect I will rewatch it many times.

I’ve written short reviews for most of these movies that you can see if you click onto a card. If you change the list to table view, you can see all of the reviews at once.

I watched fewer movies this year, and fewer amazing movies. I think this is because my focus on specific genres in 2021 allowed me to build an appreciation for the genre as a whole, which helps you understand what is good and bad about each movie individually.
